Canela Scoops are layered dessert cups made with buttery shortbread crumbs and smooth manjar (Peruvian dulce de leche / South American caramel), finished with a light dusting of icing sugar.

Available in two flavours:
– Classic Manjar - rich, creamy and comforting
– Manjar & Strawberries - the same alfajor base layered with fresh strawberries for a lighter, fruit-forward finish

Both versions are indulgent yet balanced, perfect straight from the fridge or brought to room temperature for an extra-creamy texture.

Handmade in small batches in Melbourne, Canela Scoops are ideal for sharing, gifting, or keeping all to yourself.
